Cancellation

Orders can be canceled before they are shipped or produced. Once canceled, you will receive a full refund. We are unable to cancel the order once it has been shipped.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns within 14 days after the product is received.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as when received, with the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send the product back to the manufacturer.
You will only incur shipping costs once, including return shipping. No restocking fees are charged for returns.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send an email notification about your refund status. If approved, your refund will be processed and credited to your original payment method within a set period.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)
